Jacksons Food Stores is a chain of gas stations and convenience stores in the western United States with over 300+ locations. They wanted to overhaul Jacksons Food Stores’ “Let’s Go” Rewards program where purchases earn “stars” that customers can use to select available rewards. 
As senior visual designer, I collaborated with the experience design team to completely reimagine the look and feel of their rewards program to align with it's new features and built out reusable components. I created custom Jacksons-inspired iconography and designed pages for both the website and app, enhancing the user experience. I also contributed to the development and documentation of the new design system and toolkit.

As part of the rewards system refresh, we updated their app to include new icons reflective of their brand. I designed the new login avatar incorporating the "J" in the Jacksons logo in the facial features, added a new locations icon using a simplified representation of their actual stores, and incorporated the stars as the recurring theme on the rewards pages.
We also needed to create a visual rewards system tracker to welcome in rewards members after signing in to inform them of their rewards status. I focused on emphasizing that the rewards system included fuel rewards, so I incorporated some imagery reflecting driving and fuel. The client ultimately went with the arched line that both resembled a fuel gauge as well as the arch design that appears at their locations.
