The Angus Reid Forum requested a proposal for a total rebrand of the overall look and feel, including the logo and portal site as well as all other online customer communications materials. This included email, newsletters, online and portal survey skins and the banner ad campaign.
The objective was to refresh the stale, outdated design of a consumer-facing brand, give the brand a contemporary look, appeal to younger Canadians, create a more engaging, streamlined brand experience to better attract potential customers, and invigorate existing members.
The concept centred around the idea of showing hands representing the average citizen, an offer to put your hand up to join as a survey participant, using a colour palette representative of Canadian nature.
