AI Agent Assist Dashboard : Senior Designer
Objective: To design and build a functioning prototype as part of concept work for a telecommunications company in order to demonstrate how AI capabilities could streamline the customer service process for agents.
Considerations: All necessary information must easily accessible and visible, reducing the time agents spend searching for data and improving their ability to provide timely and accurate solutions to customers. This includes customer information, call summary, chat functionality, button panel for controlling the call, and AI recommendations for how to handle the customer query. The UI should clearly differentiate between different sections, ensuring that agents can easily identify and access the information they need without the use of scrolling.
The design should adhere to the existing product branding, using familiar colors, fonts, and iconography to maintain a consistent look and feel across the product suite, building upon the existing library where necessary. 
Additional functionality must be available from the agent dashboard only when needed, like keypad and quick connect to current list of customers on hold.
