Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), the nation’s largest customer-owned health insurer, had underwent a comprehensive brand refresh, and as part of this initiative, the company required a new, scalable website that could easily be managed by their internal team using a content management system. 
As senior visual designer on the experience design team, I collaborated with colleagues across user experience, product, and development to design and build a robust design system and reusable components for HCSC's content management system, aligning with their overall brand refresh. Our team incorporated their newer, brighter palette and a customer-friendly interface to enhance the user experience.
